Andy Horn

Paperboy to Podcaster... I was born to serve, apparently.

It started when I was 8 years old, my entrepreneurial drive that is.  I was in the backseat of my parents car filling out an application to be a paperboy for the local newspaper. From that point on I would learn negotiation, sales and marketing skills through ventures such as fix and flip bicycles, lawn cutting, doing odd jobs, snow plowing, swim instructor, loan officer, real estate agent, trainer, mentor and coach.

Other areas where I served that I am most proud was earning the Eagle Scout rank in the Boy Scouts and serving my country in the US Navy as a Search and Rescue Swimmer and Operations Specialist where I learned the importance of systems and routines.

I have over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, negotiations and business strategies, of that time I have over 20 years of experience as a real estate professional and I have been integral in structuring over 1000 transactions. My success in the industry is attributed to developing and maintaining relationships with past clients and strategic industry partners. I have taken an interview and consultative approach to my business and coaching which allows me to get a deeper understanding of my clients' and referring partners' goals and objectives, which creates trust; with this trust I am better able to serve my clients.

Why a podcast? I am at a point in my life where I want to reach, serve and positively impact the lives of as many people as possible through my insights, sharing the connections I have made, collaborate their ideas and create a community of people who also want to make a difference.

If you too want to make a difference then Subscribe to our podcast and provide honest feedback.  We'd love for you to join us on the journey.

David Dobes

According to his Mom, Dave has been selling since he was born…

He has been in the Business world for 30+ years with numerous titles such as Account Executive, Account Manager, Technology Support Specialist, Service Manager, Regional Service Manager, Color Analyst, Service Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Solutions Manager and Entrepreneur…

Although, after carefully reviewing each of the past job descriptions, the title ‘Relationship Manager’ may just sum it all up.  Building and nurturing business relationships and partnerships is definitely the common factor in all of the roles held and what he feels has been the core of his business experience.

Dave lives in Aurora, IL with his wife Sarah and in his spare time he is usually involved in a theatre performance of some sort with his children, Taylor and Rachel.
